Analyze category and item penetration of all accounts
Reassuring that the maximum distribution for all categories of product and equipment have been ordered for the store

Responsibilities
Responsible for writing the opening order for a new store set-up
Following up the day after the set-up order is placed to review all out of stocks and make a determination on possible substitute replacements
During the new store or reset process the field merchandiser is responsible for the initial introduction and placement of a manufacturer or vendor program supported by The George J. Falter Company
Coordination of any store set-up equipment needs. (Pricing guns and labels, pegs, signage, manufacturer display racks and store shelving needs)
Coordination of any vendor participation during the new store or reset process.
Communication with the credit manger to insure that the opening order has not exceeded credit limits
Communication with the dispatcher to insure a timely delivery of the opening order
Communicating with the Sales Manager to insure that an ample number of people are present at the reset to insure its completion
Working with the salesperson and storeowner reviewing store equipment needs and coordinating any new equipment sales
With the Sales Manager and salesperson identify and analyze the potential categories and specific items where we need to maximize our distribution into those accounts
Requirements
High School diploma
3 years related sales and merchandising experience
Organized and possesses excellent time management skills
